In addition to the above general criteria, judges are seeking nominations from women running or working in organisations with over £50m turnover per annum who have achieved excellence in their field.

This category is open to women directors and employees of large size corporations; women in senior positions; entrepreneurial women who have founded and run their own company; women who have shown exceptional abilities in mentoring other women; and/or women who have helped their business achieve significant results in the past year.
