In addition to the above general criteria, judges are seeking nominations from women running or working in organisations with a turnover between £20- £50m per annum who have achieved excellence in their field.

This category is open to women directors and employees of medium size corporations; women who have founded and run their own company; women who have shown exceptional abilities in mentoring other women; and/or women who have helped their business achieve significant results in the past year.
